Biography

Recently Jennifer was commissioned by Wirksworth Festival to produce a multi-channel video installation, that responds to the situation known as Wirksworth. Also this year Jennifer was selected to participate in the European Media Arts Festival, Germany 2011 and UK Young Biennale 2010. Jennifer’s first exhibition has back in January 2008 at Het Platfond, Rotterdam. Since then Ross has gone onto part take in over twenty exhibitions, featuring in Open Call at the Frieze Art Fair, London, Liverpool Independents Biennale, and BAS7 fringe events.

Ross has recently just formed the new media arts group ‘The Cutting Room’. Prior to ‘The Cutting Room’ Jennifer curated many different events independently and collaboratively. Independent projects include a film program at Screen Room, Nottingham. Jennifer also held a position on the curatorial board at Hover Gallery, creating a series of five different exhibitions.
